• Account (Google sign-in): Name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier provided by Google OAuth.
• Subscription: Plan tier, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Your content: Saved goal buckets, paper trade journal entries, and preferences you store in My Account.
• Usage: Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and timestamps in server logs.
• AI Advisor: Questions you submit and context needed to generate responses.

2. How we use information

• Provide and improve the Service (scanners, saved data, subscriptions).
• Authenticate you and keep your account private.
• Process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
• Send service-related messages (e.g., subscription status). We do not sell your personal information.
• Monitor security, debug issues, and comply with law.

3. Third-party services

• Google — OAuth login (Google Privacy Policy).
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Groq — AI Advisor responses (question text may be sent to generate answers).
• Hosting — our servers and infrastructure providers that store data and serve the app.

Market data may be obtained from third-party data providers (e.g., via yfinance and similar sources) subject to their terms.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies and session tokens to keep you signed in and secure your account. Free users may see ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies for ad delivery and measurement (Google Advertising Policy). Pro and Pro+ subscribers do not see on-site ads.

We retain account and subscription data while your account is active and as needed for billing, legal, and security purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law.

We use HTTPS, secure session cookies, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
